Hi, I'm Aaron

As a personal trainer in both commercial and private settings, I’ve learned a thing or two about what people really want from their personal training experience.

I remember when stepping into a packed gym was a terrifying prospect for me. I used to feel out of place, misunderstood and like I had no idea what I was doing. As I trained as a PT myself, I realised that that’s how a lot of other people feel too.

They want results, they want to look after themselves and they want an environment that helps them to do that, without making them feel inadequate.
